Space Invasion at Triple One Somerset brings the local brands together for the local shoppers. With a 6000 sq ft space, we are housing up to 50 labels.

6 Months
- Rack Space - $200 + 25% Commission
- Table Space - $200 + 25% Commission
- Shelving Space - $200 + 25% Commission
* $1200 upfront
* $100 deposit needed (Deposit is refundable upon the end of the project)
**Retail servicing fee includes cashiering, stock taking, sales report, basic collective marketing and storage space.

Original Retail Servicing Fee
3 Months Option
- Rack Space - $300 + 25% Commission
- Table Space - $300 + 25% Commission
- Shelving Space - $300 + 25% Commission
* $900 upfront
* $100 deposit needed (Deposit is refundable upon the end of the project)

6 Months Option
- Rack Space - $250 + 25% Commission
- Table Space - $250 + 25% Commission
- Shelving Space - $250 + 25% Commission
* $1500 upfront
* $100 deposit needed (Deposit is refundable upon the end of the project)

Pop-up Retail Project
- 100 sqft of pop up retail space + basic furniture at S$800/month
- 150 sqft of pop up retail space + basic furniture at S$1200/month
- Only 5 spaces available
* 1 month deposited needed
** Minimum 3 months
*** Permission from the Space Invasion management will be needed for any modification, for example, additional furniture, decoration, set up and so on, by retailers.
