Dear Vendors,
We will be organising a Mother's Day Fair from 9-12th May 2013 at The Star Vista. There will be an approximately 19 vendors participating. Each vendor will be given 2 tables (Each table 3ft X 3ft) with skirting together with 2 chairs. Pls refer below for the details on the venue as well as the rental costing.

Please take note that this will be a first come first serve basis. There are only about 19 vendors participating and we would have a quota once a certain type of products limit are reached as we do not want too many vendors selling the same type of products. Most importantly, we want vendors to earn a good decent profit during this period as it is Mother's Day that weekend !
For vendors who do not know of this place, this mall is located directly next to Buona Vista MRT and it is the only big mall at this area. Crowd on weekdays are basically students, office crowds & local expatriates living around Holland Village. It is also the building where the New Creation Church is located. We would expect a very strong crowd during the weekend especially on Sunday. The auditorium alone has a seating capacity of 5,000 people and they have 4 services on Sunday alone. Morever, that weekend is Mother's Day and we would expect many of people buying gifts for their mothers.
Pls take note that vendors who have products related to Mother's Day will be given priority for this event. Also, all vendor products will need to be approved by the management so please do email to me your product pictures after you have made the payment .
