This is known as Asia's Coolest Gaming Event of the year. This event showcase the latest and widest genre of digital media and interactive games. It is an event for gaming fans and enthusiasts in the region. Claiming huge success on its first 4 installaments by exceeding visitation and participation expectations, the 5th License2play raises the ante by levelling up its gaming experience and including many other youth-based activities to generate more interest and participation.
This event, Organized by SPHere and SPH, will have large publicity done on Television, Various Radio Channels & Major Newspapers.
We are expecting to see more than 150,000 shoppers based on previous similar events. This would be a great opportunity for you to showcase your products especially to create brand awareness for your company as well as your products.
This event DO NOT only draw local Singaporean crowd but tourist from all over the world. As it is held in December, a lot of tourist and locals will also be looking to get some gifts and souveniors back to their love ones as Christmas presents. Rental Details
The usual rate charge by the main organiser for a space size of 3m X 3m for this type of event usually cost about $1,800. As we are one of the event partners, we are given certain priviledges and flexibilities. Also, since most of our vendors in our database do not required such big space, we have rearrange the space to be smaller so that the rental can be lowered as much as possible. The most important objective is to make as much money as well as to gain as much exposure as possible during this Christmas period.
Rental Rates = $599 ( 1 unit of 3ft X 3ft table with skirting and 2 chairs)
Each Vendor is given a space of approximately 2.5m X 1.5m
Additional power point = $70 for all 3 days
Additional Tables with Skirting = $30 for all 3 days

Pls take note that the bookings for this event is base on first come first serve basis. Vendors who have previously participated in this event knows that the crowd during this event is amazing. Crowd queue up overnight for this event !!! If you have not been to this type of event, I strongly encourage you to give it a try as I believe you will not be disappointed.
