A&P for fair:
- Distribution of 50,000 fair leaflets to Punggol and Sengkang estate
- Full length fair banner at Punggol Plaza frontage
- Posters along all common walkway, lifts and shuttle buses of mall
- Update of fair at official residents' website
Event highlight:
- Christmas decoration and light-up
- Lucky draws with purchases
- Gift wrapping

I remember that there were details the first time I saw this post, something like a bazaar at Punggol area I think, and I remember that the rates were something like $55 a table or something. Not sure.
