Dear Makers and Entrepreneurs
Thank you for your support in our Pop-up Stores and we did say that we will have something even better coming right up for you.
Venue: The Centrepoint, #01-33J, 176 Orchard Road, The Centrepoint, Singapore 238843 (Directly opposite the restaurants and escalator to the 2nd floor. Next to the walkway to the carpark and new wing.)
Our Centrepoint outlet has a difference compared to our other pop-up stores. Makers Singapore have implemented a Work Space for students to study, Makers to conduct Workshops and Seminars/Trainings to be conducted at our Centrepoint outlet. This will encourage Students, Makers and Trainers to patronize our stores on a very regular basis on top of our already decent mall traffic. We will also be working with arts students to have their works display in our store for sale with ongoing arts events too.
The Centrepoint is a popular shopping destination with both local shoppers and visitors from abroad. Located prominently at Orchard Road, The Centrepoint features a good mix of well-known retailers and a wide choice of quality merchandise.
The Centrepoint won a Silver in the Orchard Road Best Dressed Building orgainsed by Orchard Road Business Association in 2009. It set a new Singapore record for Tallest Christmas Tree Made of Cupcakes (Singapore Book of Records) on 13 November 2009 and Tallest Chocolate Sculpture (Guinness World Records and Singapore Book of Records) on 2 December 2008.
Fresh from a 16-month refurbishment, The Centrepoint is now a food haven in the heart of Orchard Road. Home to three food and beverage precincts – Gastro+, Food Hall and Food Street, The Centrepoint has over 40 dining concepts spanning 6 levels, from popular brands Din Tai Fung and Crystal Jade Kitchen to fresh-to-Singapore concepts such as Dal.komm Coffee, Honolulu Café, KyoajiJapanese Dining, Tensho by MOF and Souper Tang.
Anchored by department store Metro, quality retailer Marks & Spencer and Cold Storage Supermarket, The Centrepoint also carries internationally renowned brands such as Birkenstock, Geox and T.M.Levin as well as specialty shops such as Alodd which offers handcrafted shoes, premium toy importer The Better Toy Store and European furnishing flagship store The Bear Knows. The Centrepoint also offers a complete range of wellness services through the Healthway Medical Centre, where health screening, specialist dentistry, physiotherapy and aesthetics consultations may be arranged.
