event: myVillage Handmade Fair

13 - 14 August 2011 (weekend 2)
time: 12pm - 8pm
stall rental: $150 for 1 weekend (Two 3ft by 3ft tables and 2 chairs will be provided)
Only 10 stalls are available.
Event will be held at a tentage right outside the mall. And the mall is located within walking distance of Chomp Chomp Food Centre.
myVillage is celebrating National Day. The theme is "Made in Singapore" and we are looking for vendors selling handmade products or handicrafts that are MADE IN SINGAPORE!
In addition, we welcome vendors who are able to do demos/hands-on throughout the day. These vendors will have their stalls announced during the event so that shoppers can locate their stalls during demo time.
The mall will be advertising this event from 1 Aug. Advertisements can be seen on MRT Station doors in Serangoon. Emailers will be sent to members in their database and 140000 flyers will also be given to homes in the vicinity.

time: 9am - 11pm (set-up time is flexible, however all stalls need to be operating by 5pm)
rental for NON-FOOD STALLS: $200 per stall for 3 days (26 - 28 Aug: weekend 1)
(2 - 4 Sep: weekend 2)
(9 - 11 Sep: weekend 3)
(16 - 18 Sep: weekend 4)
$1000 per stall for all 24 days (26 Aug - 18 Sep)
$1500 for 2 stalls for 24 days (26 Aug - 18 Sep)
rental for FOOD STALLS: $400 per stall for 3 days (26 - 28 Aug: weekend 1)

$2000 per stall for all 24 days (26 Aug - 18 Sep)

One 3ft by 3ft table and 2 chairs will be provided for each non-food stall.
And two 3ft by 3ft tables with 2 chairs will be provided for each food stall.
This is an outdoor event and tentages will be provided.
Please note that lanterns & any decorative lights (e.g light sticks, handband with lights) are not allowed to be sold at the event.
Chinese Garden will be hosting the Lantern Festival for the 10th year. The theme this year is 'The World of Legend'. Part of the event includes a minimum of 22 Thematic Group Lantern Exhibits.
There will be fireworks display on every weekends, each display lasting 2 - 3 minutes. One special show on 12 September (which is the actual day of Mid-Autumn Festival) will last 5 - 7 minutes.

time: 9.30am - 9.30pm
stall rental: $120 for 2 days (one 2m by 2m tentage + one 3ft by 2ft table + 2 chairs)
We welcome all 1st and 2nd hand products, except for f&b and counterfeit items.
Those driving, are able to park behind their stalls and sell from their vehicles too! In other words, more space to sell your wares! Parking fees are at $1.50 per hour. Do let us know if you are selling from the car, so that we can allocate you the right stall/area.
Applications are now open and will close once bookings are full. Hurry and book now!

Refund Policy: Stall rental will be refunded should there be cancellation of the event. However, please note that there won't be any refunds should the vendor pulls out of the event no matter for what reasons.
