I am currently renting a food factory direct from JTC of about 1300 sq ft for my F&B business use in the East area. As I dont need such a huge space. I am looking for co-sharing businesses who are willing to rent for at least half a year (please send me details of your F&B business nature and the sort of sharing you are proposing). Equipment will be separate, common spaces can be shared. Electricity & water bills will be shared.
