Hello! Is anyone keen to set up a shared AVA kitchen together? We will share renovation costs together and get our own equipment (maybe share only the washing equipment).

I'm looking at West area (Jurong/Mandai/Tuas). Coz factories are all so big, I can't use the entire space myself so it's quite a waste. Plus, AVA requires every factory to have an office and changing room. We can share these unproductive areas too.

Looking for someone to share an AVA-approved kitchen in Tuas.

Current license is approved for manufacturing chocolates, nuts, powder mixes.

Rent is divided equally between all tenants and will be $1 - 2k /month per person.

I am looking for a NEA approved kitchens for making beverages, no cooking and baking needs, so mainly a space to keep the drinks and clean equipment, as well as a small space to prepare the drinks.
