Singpost inefficient?

I have sent more than a 1000 parcels locally and overseas. SingPost is pretty efficient. So far, only about 2 ...

I have sent more than a 1000 parcels locally and overseas. SingPost is pretty efficient. So far, only about 2 went missing. But those 2 were going overseas so it may not be SingPost's fault. The personnel at the Post Office are very helpful. They see me everyday and they know exactly what I need.
