that's y i found it odd~ i always use standard C5 size envelope~ pays the correct amt of postage~and also included return address~ i pack my accessories in gift boxes instead of bubblewrap to ensure that they will not be squashed or dented, even worse, smashed to bits~ I've delivered over hundreds of mails before this~ this losing of mails only happened recently~ that's y i'm finding it odd~ and it's not only mine, i have a customer who is so afraid of losing her mails ever since hers was lost 2 mths back, 2 times in a mth!
