Can consider Singpost's Speedpost Islandwide Services. Items collected before 1pm will be delivered same day by 6pm. Items collected after 1pm will be delivered next WORKING day by 1pm. You can call their hotline 1800-222-5777 to find out more.
See link below for the courier rates n restricted zones, it says the rate is S$9.15 incl of gst for small package up to 3kg. Take note of the package size. And a surcharge is applicable for collection from n delivery to restricted zones.
