Item 1: 100% Uji Matcha Powder, great for finer desserts, matcha drinks.
Great for cafes serving premium matcha drinks, desserts. This grade is 1 grade above culinary/baking, below ceremonial grade.

This powder requires the bamboo whisk to properly foam and make matcha tea. (Not a premix).
In case you need more info on how much drinks can 1kg powder make, we use about 1 tbsp, 5g for a 360ml matcha latte drink.
