Hi,

Rental is $360 per month and sales target is $300

Therefore, if sales does not hit at least of $300 we will refund 50% of $300.

Which mean you pay $210 ($150 + $60) per month instead of $360.
So refund $150 + the sales for the month = > $150.

Please kindly advice.
