Need Help - Bazaar Rental Dispute
Hi,
I rented a booth over weekend as I was drawn to the advertisment that organisers used to draw vendors.. It was stated that crowds are confirmed!!! in bold red. But it ended up to be very empty that resulted in very poor sale~!! I have already given my feedback to the organiser demanding for a partial refund.. What are the chances that I will get part of my money back since they don't deliver what they have promised?  Any government organisation that I approach to complaint? I tried CASE & Small Claims Tribunals and BAILIFFS SECTION. Seems like they don't deal with this type of complaint.. If this organiser don't reply by wednesday, I will put up the whole story up here to warn everyone to stay off this organiser~!! |
