Gather together and make a police report please. These people are getting away. Maybe get each other contact. Meet up with together to make a police report. If you are able to do this, I believe you will get back your money and do justice to this people. Hand them over to police.

I believe these 2 ladies were banned from forum once, senior members might know about this, and they came back with the compny called bazaar Indulgence.

i did not receive my refund yet either. I have all the email conversations we had previously.

If they do not refund me by these two days, I will not hesitate to file a police report online with all the email conversations. NOwadays, filing police report is as easy as logging into facebook yet people wanna cheat this kinda "small money"

The $160 wont make them rich and wont make me any poorer.

Hahas... Agree. The last event company tried to cheat me out of $30 and also my rental. I made police report and got ready to sue them in court. They scared and return me.

$160 X 50= $8,000 were make them rich if they keep on collecting money and say cancel and refuse to refund.Why X 50 because they told me they are taking in 50 vendors.

Anyway they told me to go ahead and email Far East Management with regards to the cancellation.

So I mailed the person in charge of concourse space already.

Will keep you all updated.

Cos from what I know, I was there on 16th and 17th at FEP, there was no ongoing event at the podium.

Good for those who get back the refund. For all the rest who didn't get any refund also, don't be further cheated by them for the 20/21 Feb at FEP or any other event that they are hosting! This organiser is totally unhonest and not trustworthy!! Don't deal with them anymore, instead just chase after them for refund!!! I'm going to give them till this weekend, if they don't pay up, I'm heading for the police, CASE and ACRA!

are they out to cheat or mis-management of cashflow, disorganized??? its a question-mark..??

if out to cheat, wont last long in this industry cos its so small n people spread words very fast..

mis-mangement of cashflow n disorganized - cld be! from wat i see, perhaps they want a win-win situation...they dare not commit n pay deposit to event as they scared no vendors sign up. at the same time, they collect $ from vendors to secure..by the time they have enuf vendors n want to cfm the venue, too late. either mgmt dun allow or booked by others or miss datelines..watever reason. so they kana stuck in between..

why no refund or late refund ? reason cld be holding on to your funds n trf you to next event..if they refund, then they totally lost you cos for sure you wont join their bazaars again becos of all these last minute cancellation n unhappines..if they insist no refund, they can still keep you as a vendor..n some "no choice" jsut go to next event n close the case...

2nd reason i cld tot of is mis-management of cashflow..$ all spent already, why to find n refund you all??? !!

why some have refunds?? perhaps these people are really agressive n threaten police or etc...so they tot, ok, refund tis person...n they may also argue in future tt i m not out to cheat cos I DID refund to a few vendors..use you as shield n protect them in future.

Above are just my feel n sentiments after seeing wat happened to these 2 similar cases for the past few mths, after sharing views with some regular flea/ bazaars goers n knowing some other scams happening in other forums...

i m not related to them or speaking for them..so whoever didnt get back their refunds, think about it n fight for your $$ ...hope you get back what you shld have.

Hi Admin,

Since it is your requirement for advertiser to state their full contact details, it will be very much appreciated if you can provide me the contact details of Bazaar Indulgence (such as her name, contact nos, address, etc) so that I can take the neccessary actions against her.

Reason being, I've checked the ACRA and realize (too late) that Bazaar Indulgence is not a registered company and hence any action has to be made directly at the person-in-charge of Bazaar Indulgence. And CASE can't help cos this matter is considered as a biz-to-biz dispute and they are not allow to interfer.

Of course, under no circumstances will Pushcart ever be mention nor will you be involve in this dispute. But it will help alot if I can have her details so that I can file a police report against her directly and then proceed to the Small Claim Tribunals (SCT) where the courts will then summoned her to the court for a hearing. All these hassles is to prevent irresponsible organizer like Bazaar Indulgence to continue to cheat and spoil the flea market in Singapore and I hope to have the support of Pushcart in this matter. Many thanks in advance.

And for all those who are still waiting for their refund, it is time to quit waiting and start acting against Bazaar Indulgence! All those who want to join me in making the police report and filing a claim at the SCT please don't hesitate to contact me. As I'm new and can't pm in Pushcart, please do pm me instead~
