Can My Manufacturer Undercut Me? Should I Stop Dealing with Them Or......?
Hi to everyone, this is my first post here as I still can't decide what to do now.
I'm in the process of starting my own business as a supplier. I've found out later that my overseas manufacturer who got to know my business idea through our discussion in the meeting had started the exact business, offering the same services as me. What worse is that they refused to give me better prices as according to them they'll make a loss if they give me anything lower, but now they're offering Singapore market at $1 more than me and free shipping which again they told me they're unable to do so for me. They're obviously trying to undercut me, should I talk to them about this or just forget about my time and effort putting in and give them a miss? |
