Sharing of retail space at Suntec City

Hi, i will be sharing a small retail space at suntec city, my playground. I would like to rent the space there, however, i no need such a big one. the owner there is willing to rent out 1 rack to me, but the rack is quite long, anyone willing to share half with me?

Rental before sharing $600.
Rental after sharing $300.

things that you can sell: Bags, Shoes, Apparel
Payment: $300 per month and a 15% incentive of the total sale or $600 per month and a 2% incentive of total sale
Commitment: Min 3 months.
you no need to be in the shop as there will be a sale girl there to take care of the shop.
The space is around 50cm, storage will be provided too. and fitting room etc. mayb you all may wanan go down n have a look?

Best to go down personally and view the area on weekdays and weekend. Heard that human traffic not good leh.... Already see people giving up shop space in Classified Ads
