![]() If you are interested in doing business, there is no substitute for hard work, and this include due diligence in analysing human traffic. You must personally go down to the your interested location, at different times of the day and different days (weekdays and weekends) and observe it yourself. Buy something from some of the stores and ask them about their business and the human traffic. I am speaking from experience.
Usually for pushcart, go to the shopping mall, and ask the Information Desk, and most of the time, you can get the application form there. For CapitalLand Malls, they no longer rent out pushcarts for new applicants to those selling normal items, like clothing, shoes, costume jewelry,etc. For NorthPoint, it is under Fraser Centrepoint Malls, so I am not sure of their policies. |
