Licence for Push Cart/Flea/Fair/Bazaar???

Hi, I am intending to rent a push cart to sell stationery like note cards, invitations and such printed matters..

Let's say I already register for a new business, do I need to apply a license for the push cart? Does it categorize under retail??

Please help...

dun think need license for push cart. just your ACRA registration will do.

for the pushcart, you would have to approach the shopping mall management in charge of retail-lease. may need to submit a proposal for your biz, and payment of 3-month or 6-month up front rent.

you mean reg biz? just go acra's website will do
