PushCart Space Take Over in August & Sept

We have 2 pushcarts for taking over. One cart in the August, and one cart in the mid September.

Attractive Location, high crowd flow.

Space: 0.9m x 1m
Rent: $2000/month (2 months deposit required)

*Products are subjected to management approval

I have a friend who have taken a pushcart at Sentosa beach station. I believe it is the same location as it is located at beach station. He has practically given up hope since last month. There is indeed a large group of tourist there but they just walk past and do not bother to stop at the pushcart to buy anything. They just rush to see the Songs of the Seas and they will quickly have to leave upon completion of the show as their tour group have to rush back either to their hotel or other destination. She cannot even cover her staff cost. She has not open her pushcart since last month. She mentioned that all the pushcart tenants are not making a loss and have given up hope as well.

There's alot of crowds that depends how you wanna catch their attentions. and i guess maybe you talking the different cart or person. Our carts are all open everyday.

I have seen the place last weekend, actually I feel the location is good. there was alot of people. But why the staff there didn't trying to talk to the people who walk pass? they just stand there and staring at the people, and they gave the staff a scared look and walked away. I have tried to talked to those tourist and they are actually friendly. I think that is why the their sales low like what beztech was mention. I have a pushcart counter myself in NEX, high flow but I have learnt that need to consistently speak to the customers to bring them in, otherwise they don't bother look at you.

I was just sharing my opinion based on my friend's discription. I have been long enough in this forum to know what is going on. You just register your name and your 1st post happen to talk about how good the potential you feel about the pushcart at Beach Station. Doesn't it sound funny
Secondly, my friend mention that the pushcart there only started since last month and there are a total of only 8 pushcarts. I wonder why 2 of the pushcart vendors decided to give up so fast if sales is indeed good.....Think about it. Anyway......I have mentioned earlier. I have been long enough in this forum to know what is happening. Usually, the person marketing an event will either always create a 2nd nickname or ask his family or friends to support his thread. A simple check on the thread starter's name in the internet will find that his surname is Kwok and for weird reasons, your name is Cloe Kwok. I hope it is really a coincidence

Aiya...Biztech....No need to argue de. Anyone who seriously wants to do biz will go to the area and check out before renting. Just stand around for 1 hour during "peak periods" and you can have a rough gauge of the sales.

Personally I don't think that place would be ideal. People going to sentosa are going to the beach. They won't want to be carrying gifts and shopping bags around - it just doesnt make sense. People coming from sentosa are probably tired and just want to get some air-conditioning. Anything that a pushcart offers should supposedly be offered at vivocity too. At least this is my own logic.
