Hello,
Looking for potential take over of lease for a unit at Orchard Plaza 4th floor. Currently the unit is being used as beauty parlour. The business will be scaling down operations thus looking for interested and serious takeover for the remaining 1 year left on the lease. Good location facing the escalator directly. No water point but nearby pantry is available for water needs. Newly renovated plus furnishings can be sold to you subject to mutual agreement on entire offer.
