Hi All,
I have a ladies fashion boutique for immed takeover at Far East Plaza Level 1. Good flow of crowd, regular clientele (mostly working adults) - 344sqft - Lease till Aug2013 - Rental $7913/mth - Takeover fee : $20k with ready stocks - Security Deposit : 1mth rental - Newly renovated with 2fitting rooms and alot of storage space please PM me interested (Only interested tenants only) |

Hi, may I know which unit no is your shop located at Far East as well as the monthly rental? Also, I saw from the 1st post that the lease ends Aug 2013. Is it possible to renew after that period?
