Do remember to apply to the relevant town council for use of void deck space or common area! I think other than funeral wakes which are free, the rest of the events held in void decks/common areas require a small payment of $50/day rent, and some may require a deposit.

they have stopped this flea sometime back. Probably due to low response.

I am a currently selling at a flea market, and I am interested too. But is it only limit to the residence there only?
