I am toying with idea of organizing a flea market in car parks. Just to gather some feedbacks here.

Would you be interested in renting the space to sell your stuff?

Haa, i am actually toying with the idea too (since early this year) but too biz to think about it then, well, there are lots of things to check as well, esp permits and all. but the carpark u are looking at are which type? shopping malls? or normal HDB man.

count me in and maybe we can rope in a few ppl to further discuss c if its possible not, rather than 1 person handles all

But you must pick the right location & rental must be at affordable price.
Most importantly, it must be well advertised.

Actually I am working for a car park operator in Singapore. We operate a few car parks around the island. Some of the car parks will definitely work well as a flea market venue. Need to work out the details.

BTW, thanks for the feedback, they have been invaluable to me. Now I can put some thing in action and propose this to my boss.

Actually I am juz wondering...last time there used to be some gathering of car enthusiasts at certain car parks during certain times of the month....
Maybe can see if can tap on those events so there will be some crowd?

Good idea, but sometimes it is hard to time the bazaar to be with their gatherings.

this definitely sounds like a viable idea.
i agree that the location and publicity is important.

This would be my first boot sales with a buyer.
I hope she would ask her colleagues to come to view the items too..
I would need one more accompanying car with accessories.
