Feedback for Retail Shop at Chinatown Complex

Hi,

anyone have friends open shops at Chinatown Complex? Pass by last few day...many shops not open yet. only 50% occupied. Getting to know that the rental is about $800 per month.

Can try there?? Can give me some advise...

uhm.. its hard for people to give advice if they dunno what you are selling. If you're asking about crowd, it's still best to actually park your butt there and watch the flow yourself for a week or so. Espically if you're going to pump in $ to rent a shop, buy goods, etc etc..

honestly dnt know how they do biz there cos I used to work near there b4, the main benefit is mc donald, inside very quiet. China Square Centre too. But the PP is good, so many people there
