Some require minimum quantity 5000 pcs but I only want to get small bulk 20 to 50 pcs cos don have so much captial to get 5000 pcs.

Any1 to advise me?

Hi there,

The reason why you have to buy in big quantity because they offer the wholesale price which is really cheap. I guess if you only need small bulk, you will have to source out local suppliers who offer less minimum purchase but you won't get the wholesale price. Having said that, you will still make a profit out of the products.

Another solution is to find partners who are willing to buy the products from your wholesale vendor. In that way, you can reduce your minimum purchase by having the quantity shared between you and them.

I'm using Western Union at SingPost to pay my overseas supplier. After payment is made, you will have to notify your supplier of the MTCN No and your full name in order for them to receive the payment from Western Union agent in their country. They will get the payment in minutes. But this only apply if you know the supplier you are dealing with. I mean reliable suppliers who are running real business. Yeah, it's kind of difficult to guarantee that unless you have someone to check for you on the existence of the company. Or maybe do a search on the website.

I met with these probs too when just start out. Costs simply too high. You can try getting local suppliers to start. Importation from China is not easy... Cost too high, inferior quality and some damage here and there. Unless you can confirm the company is reliable, otherwise do not tke any risks.;)

Well, first of all, you will need to have a company and company account.

now, the second bit is that you should know how to do TT, short for telegraph transfer, it is the most convenient without you having to go to a western union branch.... Another thing about TT is that, the receiving party can never claim that the money never went to them as all the records are kept by the bank.

Another thing about MOQ is that, while MOQ exist for a good reason, most company will accept a lower ordering quantity.... but at a higher price.... this is all commercial negotiation and that, you can either look to other businesses locally to help get meet the quantity or that you can pay a higher price...

one word of caution, always QC through sample orders... those that you see on web might not always be a fair representation.... And you might want to look at a DHL or forwarder account for your shipping...
