Came down to get the stock by was told that it was out of stock because seller thought that Alot of people confirms the items but didnt come down. I think I'm just unlucky because I came down as I promise. Seller, please CONFIRM availability NEXT TIME if you want to sell item.

Please note that we do not set aside any stocks unless it is a secured reservation. You did indicate in the forum that you will be coming by for 2 items - price tag gun as well as cash register. So are we supposed to keep both for you? Which day are you coming down? What if you do not turn up and we did not sell items to prospective customers who will be compensating our losses? Like in your case you only came for the price tag gun. The 2 rows gun was available but you only wanted the single row which was sold out. It is not within our control as to how many customers will walk in on a particular day to purchase the price tag gun. We do put sufficient stocks in our shop but if on that particular day more customers walk in for the same item then we will need to replenish from our warehouse.

I do see where you're coming from but I believed that I replied to the thread titled: Single Row Price Gun for Clearance and I did not talked about any cash register or whatnot so am I supposed to get the 2 rows gun when what I wanted was oos? What I really appreciate down here is an apology/resolution instead of telling me that it is out of stock, I did not make any reservation when you guys did not mention the need to make any reservation both here and in the email.
