Hi, you should be able to find them in pushcart forum or contact Mannequins, i had pm you the contact. She has everything from fixtures,hangers, acc stand to torsos.

Just went around jalan besar area today and got myself a 2nd hand mannequin, the shop selling those textile sometimes will sell 2nd hand one if you don't mind (:
