Hihi,
I just made a rubber stamp with my company's details on it. It is the type that is self-ink, refillable. I believe that including a logo or cartoon is not a problem but you need to send him the logo or cartoon that you want. But I heard from him that it is not legal to include any cartoon or what if it is not registered as your company logo for company stamp making. Anyway, he delivers for free to your house step.
