due to high risk and cost for a common people like us, it very unlikely to spend 10k of thousand just for a startup just for a "try"

still break down to the company that provide such a renting service.

anymore feedbacks... problems of such service that anyone faced

please kindly share. ..

there alot of joint venture out there, but just that there no company provide a professional service on that...most of them just care for themself how much they earn from us.

but back to the basic, if we cant earn from the shelving their business cant last also. no one will carry on renting from them either.

just want to bump up this thread to generate more discussions. this concept seems to be more popular recently... i guess if it's well managed... and that your products have proven to be sellable through other platforms like bazaars, webshop, etc, i guess no harm joining to extend your market share.

anyway, if we decide to work with such business owners who rent the space to you, do we have the right to ask to take a look at their tenancy/ lease contract with their landlords? i mean, these shop owners usually ask for deposits & all that, how do we know if they are reliable & won't close the shop the following month after making you pay 2 to 3 months of deposits?

any idea how do we safeguard our own interests as vendors?
