Rental Rate @ Tampines Mall & Century Square
Anyone knows of the rental rates there?
I was offered shops and it seems a little pricy - plus the units are slightly too big for my own business though the positions are pretty good. |

i understand that rental of push cart is 4k plus........not justified for my On-The-Spot T-shirt airbrushing business. Maybe we can collaborate with a few more keen members to make more sense for our small-scale trade. Anyone like to explore????

space area for 1 standing easel plus a table for paint organizer..3ft X 3ft approx...

That is very very small. I am looking at renting and probably sharing shop spaces between 600 to even 1000sq ft.
Also hoping that the person is selling apparels or the likes, belonging to the mid market tier. |

Tat's d min space needed for my service wif pushcart or kiosk setup.....i would need 100-150sq ft if it's a retail shop.....price range fm $20-$150 per airbrushed tee. Display of Tees to harmonise overall theme of shop in regards to design n image .....Any shop owner or tenant keen to explore or offer??

Contact me ;D Maybe we can discuss something out of this. I am negotiation for a shop at century sq level 1 right now. I would be selling branded watches and male apparels ranging from $50-$120.
