Can anyone advice on the rental rates for Bugis Junction and Cineleisure?

If I'm not wrong, for push-carts it's about 4-5k a month.

Bugis
$5,200/$6,300 per mth at Hylam Street & BHG B1(Off Peak/Peak)
$3,000/$4,600 per mth at Malay Street(Off Peak/Peak)

Cineleisure
Daily Hire Rate(Subject to prevailing GST)
Off Peak From $60 to $100
Normal From $90 to $130
Peak From $100 to $150
Festive From $ 130 to $300

The lease term will be from minimum 1 week to a maximum of 12 weeks.

Do you have any lobang that we can share the rental at bugis junction? so that the rental is not so expensive for us, if we share.
