CityLink Mall to Get S$10m Facelift

PropertyGuru.com.sg CityLink Mall, the retail component of One Raffles Link, will soon undergo a S$10 million renovation, a decade since it opened. The renovation of the subterranean mall connecting One Raffles Link with the City Hall and Esplanade MRT stations will focus on its main entrances. Upon completion, the refurbished mall will see new ceilings and patterned marble flooring, as well as redesigned mall directories. New walls will be installed to showcase the latest offerings and promotions by mall tenants. The renovation will take up to a year, beginning in the third quarter of this year. Renovation works will take place after business hours, between midnight and 6am. |
