Hi, we are looking for NEA approved kitchen too (Doing traditional honey rice cake - steam only). Have an appointment with agent this afternoon. Location at 192 pandan loop. Interesting to share if space is ok?

Hi, after looking the kitchen, the overall condition is fine (NEA approved). The area is approx. 23 sqm including a small office with air-con. However, you can’t cook with pork or wine, other than that is ok.
