Baking Kitchen Space Sharing

Hi. I am currently a home baker looking for a NEA approved kitchen for a small bakery business.

Is there anyone out there who are interested to share a legal baking space?

Hi, after looking the kitchen, the overall condition is fine (NEA approved). The area is approx. 23 sqm including a small office with air-con. However, you can’t cook with pork or wine, other than that is ok.

Would you be able to tell me what your hourly or daily rates are as well as which days the kitchen is available? I might be looking to rent one in the near future.

Also, you mentioned that it is a kitchen stall. Could you let me know what kind of an establishment it's located in (i.e. food centre, cafe etc)?

We are looking for commercial kitchen to share. For now, we will be doing cooking & boiling & baking. We are looking to start asap.

we are looking maybe about 20 hours a week to start.

Is your kitchen still availalble to share?
