$2000 with shopping cart is actually very cheap.
Shopping cart alone ususally costs at least 3k. I doubt you will be able to find a designer who will do all that for $500. You better be weary of lousy designers. I know of people who pay less than market rate and end up getting a lousy site with lots of problems. You get what you pay for. Always ask for the designers portfolio before hiring them. Cheers. |
