Hi

I have a trainer to recommend, PM if you need to learn how to create websites yourself. It's perfectly ok to learn it on your own but time consuming and if you have a good guidance or mentor, it cuts down your learning curve.

My 2 cent thoughts

template cost less than SGD 100.

Here's the breakdown for you

.com domain USD 10/year (name.com)
.sg domain SGD 30/year (instra.com)

hosting
try hostgator or webhosting hub. USD 4/month
