Hi no need to be their member to report to CASE but since this is over online I'm not sure if it is in their jurisdiction. You can file with small claims tribunal within one year from your transaction. They will receive your case and call you down for interview.
Below is the website. http://app.subcourts.gov.sg/sct/index.aspx |

Thanks for alerting us about Shoplah. I've seen the advertisement but never gone into it as I was looking for wholesalers and this one looked more like a retailer.
Anyway, after reading the threads, I went in and realised that all the things that they sell, is from the same suppliers that I'm used to getting my stuff from. So why go through this guy when I can get it from the suppliers? Furthermore, most of the clothes that I purchase from the suppliers are exactly what they advertise. Even if there were some defects, my suppliers are able to replace or give me generous discount. Well, I definitely would not support ShopLah and would warn my friends. Thanks again! |

Hi to all. After reading this, I recalled about a similar incident accounted by me when I was still a shopper few years back. I waited very long for my order and apparently what I recieved is totally different from the picture. There are also stains and the quality is really bad!

I agree too that we should have this type of thread to warn unwary vendors of unethical wholesalers.
