Sorry to hear all these stories. Next time do be careful. For online order, perhaps start with sample orders to check out the services and product quality but I must say nothing beats viewing & selecting your stocks in person.

Know what? I demand my money back, after giving in and offer to pay for the local postage cost since that's what they incurred. But no! they refused to refund me until I agreed on the addtional 0.5kg! WTH. I can't jolly well sued him with all the evidence on hand, but due to some legal implications I can't. *curse him* Okiez, fine then. I'm going to warn everyone about him and all his associated shops~ If I can, I would have filed a police report against himm! *hrmph*

He said I'm trying to take advantage of the shared shipment and I'm a miser. Hello, they have to shipped 2 times no matter what due to stockout, I'm not responsible at all why should I bear the cost? Plus, I wasn't aware of the additional cost I have to pay if they shipped locally to me first. They use registered mail to mail me, why must I pay the EMS rate? He kept saying they already state it's estimated cost, yah yah estimated indeed. As a honest supplier/seller, don't we charge additional cost as per incurred? He's the one who's trying to take advantage of me, and charge me the EMS rate to profit from me. Miser he is too, few dollars he also want. *throw money at him*

She mentioned that all her products are from KOREA! Her items are actually from Whao! Sale which is from CHINA. I can't believe that after I have seen some of the online stores.. Now who is actually cheating the consumers trying to mislead them that the items are made in KOREA.

Who is cheating? I believe the answer is clear. =)

The website for Whao! Sale is www.whaosale.com which I have visited. They are from CHINA. Looks like we can't really believe what she says here as she is a cheater too. Saddened.

hi there.

I've informed all my customers that my apparels are from china after I have checked with my the supplier from whaosale. I didn't changed my ads, but i informed ALL my customers and update it in my store. If you insist that i'm a cheater, you can choose not to believe me. Up to you.

My apologies for not changing all my ads, because I advertised in quite a number of sites when i first started the business. When I realised the mistake in the source, i make it a point to email ALL my affected customers, and they can attest to that. With which I changed the description and put the source in my store for my customers to see. if you DID visit my store to check out before you should have seen it, so don't point fingers before you clarify your facts.

Hihi, Yupz, i know of these from Mr Lim from CASE because I emailed him earlier on about that. It's not significant but I'm just indignant that he anyhow charge me an amount that is not incurred in reality, and even after I offered to pay for the additional amount. I'm still waiting for his refunds anyway. But, as I said i can't sue him due to legal implications. Shunji, if you are thinking I'm not sueing him because i'm out to cheat too, sorry no. After I printed out all my evidence and contacting all the people whom I can contact, I realised from flowerpod that I need to register my online shop with accra which I didn't (I wasn't aware of that in the past). So if I decide to sue him, ACCRA will be chasing after me.

But I believe I can do something about that which is to warn people about it making sure less people falls for it. If you don't believe my side of the story then, go ahead and purchase from him, I won't stop you.

I realised kor revee is in this forum too, shunji are you him? Well, if you want to defend yourself I won't stop you. You have your rights to do so. =)

Hi I'm a newbie here. I saw this post and I realised that the person who posted this is actually misleading customers that the items are from KOREA. You stated "Imported Apparels from Korea!" This is cheating!

I really doubt you only know that the items are from China after you have advertised here. Maybe a 3 year old kid will believe. If your items are not from Korea, please do not state "Imported from Korea".
