![]() I would like to share my bad experience with this online supplier who supply apparels. Pardon me for the tone and language, cuz I'm relly pissed off now.
I bought something this supplier a few weeks ago. Due to the last minute lack of stocks, the shipment was separated into two. I weighed both packages and it was 3kg in total. So I refused to pay for the additional 0.5kg which the supplier wants me to pay due to the separate shipment. But I refused because 1.it's the supplier fault for the stockouts and it's not stated on the website about such additional payment 2.he didn't inform me about it 3.He already promised to deliver it at the stipulated date. 4.I wasn't told of any additional charge when he said he will send the first batch to me first. Also, if the shipment to singapore will take place anyway even if the first batch wasn't sent. Anyway, the local postage cost less than the shipment for that 0.5kg. So now, this whaosale wants to charge me 3.0kg based on the actual EMS rate which is USD55.30 in total. But based on the discounted rate EMS charges whaosale, it's only USD28. Their website stated estimated price. Pardon me, but this is definitely not estimated. This is cheating. In the first place, why should I pay for something which is not due to my fault and be slapped with a rate that is not true nor estimated nor they paid. Anyway, more is to come. 1. There's always delays and sudden stockouts that the supplier/ agent will never inform me of until I ask. 2. Their website stated 5-7 working days to ship. But they suddenly say, it's 5-7 days to ship to singapore, need another 2-3 days to despatch. Plus another 3-4days for registered mail to reach, you do the calculation. 3. Their attitude sucks. When I first ordered from them, i thought it was 5-7working days to reach me. So i waited and waited. Because there's a delay with my payment transfer, I asked the person in charge several times and he said 1-2 weeks and asked me to tell my customers that. And yes, I explained to my customers about it (and being nice and understanding, they waited too). Then aha, the time is up, but still no parcel, so i went to chase after him. Then he said, he already told me it's 1-2 weeks, but he did promised me that my parcel will arrived at that date, he said he din promised me anything, and said I was the one who pay late (delay in internet banking), and keep chasing, never explain to customers and other customers can wait why can't I. 4. The shorts I ordered for myself, supposed to be L size, told me it's out of stock, okiez then, i changed to M. But when the pants comes, the M size shrinks! It's like a S or even possibly XS! 5. Some of the clothes' quality not very good. 6.
