Thanks you people.. Like for example I have taken the pics and I wanna to make it nicer and add some starburst around my accessories
 cos I am not a very boring person so I wan to add some life to my pics.. You can go to my website and take a look and give me some comments

oh~
your "blinky" thing save as .eps, put on top of your original pic, flatten image, if you wan your pics in moving "blink",save as .jpeg, hope it works.  |

the best is to go YOUTUBE and search. no need to pay and just need some practice and all. why waste money when internet have all the info. or perhaps try to go library and borrow abook on it

try cyberoffice . sg under the workshops. they have small group training for photoshop n web design.

there are many of those short courses organized by community centres in the suburb. Can call up your local cc to check
