Handmade Teddy Bears at Toy Outpost (Vivo)
Hi,
Does anyone know how I can get in touch with the supplier of those handmade Teddy bears in ToyOutPost at Vivo City? They are the ones in locker 42-43. The shop has a policy that disallows customers to get in direct contact with their vendors. I had a super hard time talking through the inexperienced sales staff, to the vendor. Unable to accomplish anything. The shop supervisor was supposed to call me back to assist with my enquiries but still haven't heard anything from them for 3 days already. Vendors, can't even leave their url or email or something for customers to get in touch with them and the sales staff at ToyOutPost is certainly not helping. So if anyone has any clue about how to get in touch with this vendor, kindly let me know please. Many thanks |
