not a problem at all. yar you should look ard 1st as i believe a high rent will result in good crowd...no point paying for the lowest pushcart ending up with no sales ..Right?

yes i am in pushcart business... i am dealing with accessories .how about you?> what are you dealing with? i am having a pushcart in vivo city .at least they do not charge me utilities ...if not.....i will flop.

vivo is having a rate of $2500 to $3600 if i am not wrong.
location is an issue that you will need to consider too.

oh my! all you poor people!
when I WAS still in my retail biz, there is NO such thing as utilities bills. Even $1 per day is RIDICULOUS! cos they HAD already included that in the rental already (mind you).

I've stopped my 7years of retail biz only less than 2years, yet so much have changed. Wow! I've been paying Flat rate, that is JUST the rate of the pushcart rental, and that's it!

the shopping centres are REALLY into squeezing the pushcarts tenants dry... that what it appears to me!

WOW! That show how wost the business for us now. Customers ask for lower prices, shopping ctr ask for high rental fees.

Current no $$ to go a head for this kind of pushcarts, better go for flea market and my online shop at the time being...
