i found this organizer a bit unreliable, that's y we hvnt booked any table yet. few months ago they also post a clarke q bazar at $400 per table while others posted at $300. after a while, the post just disappeared without any explanation. only last week i get their email and saw their post about 14-15 august event. they even post another one on september. wish you luck fizabizshop on getting your money refunded ![]() |

Hi Aphrodite, As I have posted previously, June is a peak period and the reason for increase in rental is the extra charge imposed by Clarke Quay Management, not by us. Reason why the other organiser is having it at a low price then is because it's organised by a school for their students as a project. i believe that it is your right to get a table on their sept event since you already pay for it, regardless how angry and dissapointed you are with the organiser. In any case they cancel the event/bazar, they have to refund you the whole amount. |

![]() I agreed with aphrodite and i noticed about the rental charges also, not only on the june clarke quay event.
Calamine charge $35/day at jelita for a week, your company charge $50/day from 4-8 October (Sunday - Thursday) I rented 5 days at punggol plaza from another organiser on 26/06-30/06 (holiday period) at $80/day for a 2mx2m space and from your floorplan the cheapest is $100/day. I'm just stating on how i feel, please take it as a feedback for your reference, do not be offended ![]() |

So that's why I told him no refund is given for cancellation. And till date after he made the payment, he has not chosen his stall yet. So I think he might be having 2nd thoughts after making the payment thus insisting on the refund. |

in my opinion,the mistake is made by your company. your company changed the event date as far as a month from the initial date. and furthermore, your company posted that event on monday and regulated via emails to us, stated the date of the event is 14-15 august. Even as we speak, the post has not been removed or changed. http://retailbx.sg/resources/bazaars...l-square-1095/ Dont you think anyone who saw that post believe that the event is still on? What makes you so sure that he's available to join your event next month? your company changed the date and as a result he choose to withdrawn fm the event. again, in my opinion,refunding his money is the most appropriate gesture, as a good will act fm your company. as per your reply to robson, we have a luxury to choose the bazar organiser but till this date i haven't found any of them changing the event date or charging more expensive than the others. just my 2cents worth ![]() |

![]() Hi Aphrodite, My bad for trusting a NEW company who in the end play me out! I wanted to get my money back but this is wat ive gotten from them.
[ Hi Fiza, I am sorry there is no refund made for cancellation and in the 1st place, I have waited very long for your payment to be made. After your initial payment of $225 on 23rd June, you only paid up the balance of $75 on 23rd July which is 1 month later. I can only transfer it to Sep's event. ] The event is in AUGUST! And they have already made soooo much noise about me delaying the payment in JUNE ! and now this crap of non-refundable payment when its their FAULT for not informing us on the postpone of dates! If ive known about the changes of date way before i make the payment, do you tink i would still wan my refund for cancellation??!!! This company is definitely unreliable and i hope the ADMIN is able to do something about this. I dont wan others to get cheated as i am now! And plus ive lost my HARD-EARNED S$300 for nothing!!!
