NEW Rules For Enterprise Members in Retail Resources
Dear Enterprise Members
For the protection of members and the general public against unethical event organisers, the following rules will be effective immediately. All Retail Resources postings of flea markets, bazaars, pushcarts and events by Enterprise Members must carry the following footer at the bottom of each posting: [BEGIN] Contact Person: Phone Number: ACRA No.: Refund Policy: (At the bare minimum, you should put "Please refer to terms & conditions in contract". Obviously, the more explicit you are, the more confidence vendors will have in you.) Official receipts will be issued for all payments made. [END] We trust that the above is fair and common industry practice and it also serves to enhance the trust vendors have in you. Any event organiser who refuses to comply will be deemed to be not acting in good faith and your intentions will be suspect. Pushcart Forum .SG reserves the right to delete any postings that are not in compliance. Persistent non-compliance will result in suspension of account without refund. Thank you for kind cooperation.
