Mother and Baby Christmas Week Fair 2013 Event Name: Mother and Baby Christmas Week Fair 2013 Date: 16th to 22nd December 2013 Venue: Alexandra Retail Centre - Level 1 Atrium
Marketing Campaign/Publicity Efforts:
- December issue of Mother & Baby magazine(for vendors that register by 29th oct)
- Kids centre such as Gymnademics, Art Boot Camp, Cristofori and Berries located at ARC to complement the Fair
- Organise in-mall promotions to drive shopper traffic to the Fair
- In conjuction with another retail event on the same week in the next atrium (side by side)
- Publicity on ARC website and Facebook page
- Publicity on Fleamonster website and Facebook page
- Zion Babies (infant care centre) which will be opening in ARC very soon – likely November 2013 – a possiblity to collaborate with Zion Babies to do some publicity to reach out to parents.
- EDM Blasts to our 20,000 follower database
- Forums and other web advertising
Size of booth space: A raw space of 2m by 2m
Logistic per booth: 1 table(3ft by 3ft with skirting) and 2 chairs Standard price: $500 (7 days) - Choose your own stall location by paying additional $25.
