In collaboration with Macpherson Youth, initiated by Marine Parade GRC, and supported by People Association, we have been specially invited to organise a fleamarket at this year’s most anticipated Coutdown Party 2013!
In addition to the countdown, this flea market will be there to create a more vibrant atmosphere.
Based on past experience, we are expecting a crowd size of about 700 people to attend the countdown party. Our target audience are youths and young adults residing in Macpherson area.
The venue will be an open area beside Macpherson Community Centre. The entire area will be about 300 square meter (refer to onemap.sg) which will include a stage for the countdown concert, a movie screening area and some other activities.
To attract more crowds to the event, there will be a Countdown Concert, Movie screening, popcorns and candyfloss, Wii Ultimate Challenge and Jars of Memories amongst the many activities that will be organized there!
The area will be open air, but we will ensure proper lighting is available at night.
What will be provided:
17 x tentage (10 ft by 10ft)
Each tentage will hold 2 booths.
Each booth (5 ft by 10ft space)
Each booth will be allocated with one table( 3ft by 3ft) and 2 chairs and you can bring up to 2 clothing rack(please make sure it fits into your space of 5ft by 10ft.)
1 booth - $55 (Half of the tent)
2 booths - $50 x 2 ( $10 discount - one full tent)
How many Stalls:
28 x fleamarket booths (14 tents)
6 x FnB booths (3 tents)
While we have no objection for F&B, kindly ensure that you have the necessary license/permit and comply with NEA regulation.
