- o We are offering you 3 months lease and you have a choice whether you’d like to extend it to 6 months after your 1st month with us. This way, you can measure the sales and profitability if you continue for a longer lease.
- o Our prices remain within the range of $450 to $550 per rack +10% commission. Each rack is 0.6m and we will be responsible for the display of your merchandise. This is to ensure that your merchandise will complement the overall store concept and nothing will be left cluttered.

When we met up with several online shops and new business start-ups many of you were kind enough to express to us the challenges you foresee. Therefore, we have selected and designed this space in Changi City Point to eliminate your concerns.
