Christmas and the New Year are just round the corner!!! It's time to give and share.
We are calling everyone and anyone out there to come forward to donate any used or unwanted school textbooks, ten-year series or any reading materials, which you no longer need and wished to throw away. Instead, pass them over to us and in turn, we shall hand them over to the needy who are in need of these school textbooks but due to financial difficulty, could not afford to purchase new ones.
They can use these old and worn-out textbooks for their educational reference or for the new school-term. So, rather than disposing them away and nobody gains anything out of it, isn't it better to give it to others who are really in need.
With this, we are taking this opportunity to take the first step to initiate this move. Those who are interested to give away their books can do so only on Thursday, 19th Nov and on Friday, 20th Nov, anytime from 10am-10pm at our collection centre inside Singapore Expo Hall 5A in conjunction with this event.
All books collected will be segregated and arrange accordingly and members of the public can come to collect these books on Sat, 21st Nov and on Sun, 22nd Nov. Everyone from all walks of life and races are welcome.
We will be advertising so as to create public awareness about this initiative.
