TGIF Bazaars is participating in the Marina Bay Singapore Countdown 2014!

Based on last year's estimated figure provided by URA, you can expect a crowd of 300,000 people celebrating the biggest countdown event in Singapore at the Marina Bay. The crowd is expected to start trickling in from 5pm onwards.
The celebrations will start any time from 7pm onwards and are expected to end beyond the stroke of 2014!
Our Booth prices are at $168 only! Our all tents come with 2 tables w/table cloth, 2 chairs and lighting.
Additional topups (extra tables, chairs, powerpoints, canvas sheets) are available upon request.
Permitted items for sale are:
1. Fashion accessories & apparels (New & preloved)
2. Children’s wear
3. Handcrafted souvenirs
4. Pre-Packed food, snacks (packed in NEA approved premises only, nor cooked on site and but can be warmed up on-site using simple electrical appliances only or consumed cold. Note : please send us copies of the licenses and you will need to sign a LOI. For enquiries please email us at

8. Other artisan items such as carpets, rugs, hand made jewelry
In addition to the above mentioned, here is the list of merchandise we think would sell:

3. Ice - cream (pre-packed)
4. Non alcoholic Beverages only (Restricted to only 3 booths maximum - maximum quota reached)
5. Toys, Party Novelties such as light sticks, luminous jewelry, temporary tattoos - please check with us as some items are strictly prohibited by the SPF
6. Disposable ponchos
Things prohibited for sale:
1. Banking / Insurance or Finance products
2. Membership signups
3. Pirated / Copyright infringement products
4. Food prepared on the spot
5. Confetti Spray (Foam Sprays)- enforceable by SPF

Allocation, Booking, Confirmation and Payment for Bazaar Booth
1. Allocation of Booths will be based on first-confirmed-first-get basis, starting from Booth 1 to 28.
2. Once we receive your online booking, we will email you a quotation. -> Please note that the booth quoted to you at this time is not confirmed.
3. Your booking will only be secured after full payment is received promptly within 24 hours from the time booking is made.
4. Official receipts will be issued for all payments made.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to re-assign the booth to others if payment not received within 2 days from date of quotation
No Cancellation / No Change of Date
1. As the event is one off, we will not entertain any change of date, nor provide any refund if you wish to cancel your booking. You are however, allowed get someone to take over the booth on a personal arrangement. The person taking over your booth must present the same receipt that was issued by us to you. You must inform us if there is such an arrangement so that we can take note of this.
2. No refund is allowed in the event of NO SHOW.
Bad Weather
1. The event is slated to continue, rain or shine.
2. No refund will be given for bad weather.
3. Merchants are encouraged to equip themselves with plastic sheets to counter bad weather. You may rent canvas sheets from us if required
Unloading of merchandise / Parking
1. Vendors are allowed to unload their merchandise at the open carpark behind Marina Bay City Gallery. You are advised to bring along your own trolleys.
2. You are advised to come early to avoid possible traffic congestion.
3. Parking charges are payable according to carpark operator rates (Wilson parking). Parking is also available at Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC).
4. Any illegal parking will be subject to wheel-clamp and a penalty fine imposed by the authorities.
Liabilities
1. You are liable to indemnify the Organiser or URA for any loss or caused to their property and / or injury to their employees arising out of your (including your employees, agents or representatives) negligence.
2. Any littering or illegal disposal of waste is strictly prohibited and offenders are liable to pay a fine or face ban from future participation at the bazaar.
